James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Victor Arthur Schoultheis, 89, of Marianna died Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at South East Medical Center in Dothan. He was a native of Newport, Ky., moved to Jackson County in the 1980's where he was a member of The American Legion post #100, Jackson County AARP Chapter 3486, World War ll Veteran having served in Korea. Mr. Schoultheis was a member of The First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Daisie Schoultheis; one brother, Arthur Schoultheis of Okeana, Ohio; one sister, Dorothy Wilder of Toleda, Ohio; six stepchildren, 13 step grandchildren, many step-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends Friday, 6-8 p.m. at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel. In Lieu of Flowers, those wishing may make memorial contributions to Florida Boys Youth Ranch or Methodist Children's Home in Selma, Alabama.
