Terry E. Owens, 73, of Jacksonville Beach died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at his home. Mr. Owens was born August 24, 1939 in Jackson County and was a 1957 graduate of Malone High School . Survivors include his wife, Irene Owens; his children, Karen Owens, Signe Lowe, Brian and Chris Owens; brother, Wesley Owens; sisters, Linda Long and Mary "Tinie" Edwards. A Service of Remembrance will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the old Bellview Methodist Church Cemetery on River Road south of Parramore Road .
