Narciso "Naris" Villarreal Jr.

Narciso "Naris" Villarreal, Jr., 84, of Marianna died Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Jackson Hospital. Naris was a native of Santa Barbara, California, retired U S Air Force as a Master Sargent. He served in WW ll, Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of the Republican Party, and a deacon at Cypress Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise Villarreal; sons, Leslie Villarreal and wife, Marilyn of Marianna, Gregory Villarreal and wife, Dana of Goldsboro, N.C.; one daughter, Sandra Ross of Blakely, GA.; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Cypress Baptist Church with Rev. Roland Gilliland officiating. Burial will follow in Cypress Community Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. Thursday at the church.
