James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Mary Ellen Harvey, of Bascom died February 20, 2014 at Jackson Hospital. She was 72. She was a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a homemaker, she is survived by her husband, James, one son, James Joseph Harvey of Jacksonville, a daughter, Michelle Marie Taylor of Cummington, Mass. No public services are planned at this time. James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel of Marianna is in charge of the arrnagments. Expressions of sympathy may be made online at
