Lewis Carlton Greene

Lewis Carlton Greene, 80, of Cottondale died Sunday, February 14, 2009 in Wewahitchka. A native and life long resident of Jackson County, Mr. Greene had resided in Wewahitchka for the past few months, he was a self employed electrician and a member of the Cottondale First United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Paul and Annie Ruth Thomas Greene and a brother, Jim Frank Greene. Survivors include his daughter, Tammy Lew Greene Grice; two grandchildren, Brooke Grice, Joni Brake and husband Ronnie and one great grand child, Bentley River Brake all of Wewahitchka. Funeral service will be 3 pm Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Cottondale First United Methodist church with Rev. Betty B. Middleton and Rev. Wallace M. Hawes officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Cottondale First United Methodist Church.
