Frances Culver Cloud

Frances Culver Cloud, of Lovedale died June 14, 2026, at the home of her daughter in Havana, where she had lived for the past four years.

She was born January 4, 1935, in Marianna.  Frances leaves behind family members and friends who grieve this loss. She enjoyed being a part of Fellowship at Midway Church in Gadsden County for the past four years. Frances was longtime member of the Lovedale Baptist Church in Jackson County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Zackie R. “Doc” Cloud; her parents, Jasper and Gladys Culver; and her siblings, Sam Culver, Marie Green, Della Stokes, Alice Evans and Emily Bailey.

Frances is survived by her children, Pamela Mason (Barry), Sandra Pittman (Grat); and granddaughter, Lynsey Hewett (Seth). She is also survived by siblings, Hazel Hollis and Bob Culver.

Funeral service will be 10 AM Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Lovedale Baptist Church with Dr. Steve Canada officiating. Interment will follow in Lovedale Baptist Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.

Family will receive Friends Saturday, from 9-10 AM, one hour prior to the service.
