Elizabeth Louise “Liz” Miller, 71, of Alford, Florida died Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Jackson Hospital.
She loved her family and cherished every moment she had being a wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time in nature, especially with her flowers and birds. She was an avid book reader and passed her love of reading to her grandson Wyatt.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Ruby Vickers; brother, David Erwin Vickers.
Liz is survived by her husband of 54 years, William David Miller; daughter, Gracie Dowdy and her husband, Tommy; and one grandson, Wyatt Dowdy.
Memorialization will be by cremation with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
