Benjamin Theis

Benjamin Theis, 59, of Marianna, FL died Monday, February 2, 2025, at his residence. He was born September 27, 1966, in Alexandria, Virginia to his father, Henry Berry, and his mother, Sandra Lee Garretson. He was married to the love of his life, Laura, for 23 years. Benjamin became a pastor in August of 2024. He attended the ARK Church in Panama City Beach, Florida and received his pastorship under Pastor Derek. Benjamin loved fishing and worked at Colonial Yacht Center for 26 years until he moved to Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Sue Mayes. Benjamin is survived by his wife, Laura Theis; sister, Lynn Bach (Tom); brother, David Theis (Patti); and two stepdaughters, Bonnie Pedigo and Tina Hollier.
