Barbara Beck

Barbara Beck, age 80, of the Lovedale/Two Egg Community passed away Sunday, April 5, 2026, at her residence.  She was born on March 21, 1946, in Lovedale to Woodrow and Joyce Hall.

Barbara had a big personality and loved spending time outdoors. Whether she was cutting grass or riding the dirt roads on her golf cart with her sister, Mary, those moments brought her true happiness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Joyce Hall; her first husband, Chester "Shuggie" Alday; her brothers, Dudley Hall, Lee Hall, and Robert Hall; and her sisters, Jorlyn Davis and Faye Tedder.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bill Beck; her sisters, Mary Watkins of Lovedale, and Catherine Kassler and husband, Joe of Grantville, GA; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will take place at Circle Hill Baptist Church on June 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Steve Canda officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Circle Hill Baptist Church of Sneads, FL.
